Upgraded to Tiki 29.0, everything is still broken.

Maps is still dysfunctional. Links no longer appear in pop up bubbles. Random tags will show up in the map after a few clicks. Metadata viewer for images are still broken. This all used to work in previous iterations. I feel that there is something corrupt in the database and I need to start fresh. I want to move WikiGrave over to a VM and start again. This will take significant willpower and time.
